By entering the giveaway you accept these terms
1. The giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Prizeone, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the giveaway.
2. The giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. The giveaway will operate across two social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
4. To enter the giveaway you must correctly follow the instructions as clearly stated on our social media post. These instructions may vary depending on the social media platform used for the relevant post. You are able to enter once on each platform for a higher chance of winning. It is your responsibility to make sure you follow the correct instructions for each platform.
5. We do not encourage creating multiple user accounts on any one social media platform to enter the giveaway. Any person identified to have used multiple accounts to enter the giveaway multiple times, on any social media platform, will not have any of their entries considered and may be banned from future giveaways. We do not have to notify you if we are taking such action.
6. The closing date of the giveaway is 19:00 GMT on 28 July 2023. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
7. On each of the social media platforms, all successful entries will be combined into a random draw performed by computer process, narrowing the selection down to two social media accounts. One winner will then be chosen by a further random draw performed by a computer process on 31 July 2023 (unless our giveaway social media post is removed beforehand by a third-party, where a winner may instead be chosen earlier than this date in accordance with this condition and using the most recent record of successful entries as described in condition 9).
8. The winner will be notified by a message sent directly to their social media account on 31 July 2023 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, then we reserve the right to select another winner (in accordance with the process as described in condition 7).
9. In an effort to avoid potential disappointment, we will record all entries every 24 hours to allow us to retain copies of successful entries and still choose a winner in the event that our giveaway social media posts were to be removed by any third-party before the closing date.
10. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
11. The winner will receive a bottle of MSCHF Smells Like WD-40 cologne and £100 worth of National Lottery scratch cards.
12. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 14 days of being notified of their win.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. A cash substitution may be offered at our sole discretion.
14. Our decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. We will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who requests this information within 30 days after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being shared, please contact [email protected]. In such circumstances, please be aware that we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
16. We intend to use the winner in post-event publicity. Consent to this promotional activity is a condition of entry. If you do not consent to this, please do not enter the giveaway.
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
18. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. Personal data supplied to us during the course of this promotion will only be processed to administer the giveaway or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.
20. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, MSCHF, WD-40 or The National Lottery
21. The giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the giveaway must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
